Clear Gateway Trunks

You can clear the gateway trunks in the Gateway Trunks form if the end points are unavailable or if you want to remove a directory number (DN) that is configured for a specific device end point. If a trunk end point is configured, but the hardware is not available on the EX Controller (for example, if the hardware is removed), a warning icon is displayed next to the Physical Location Identifier (PLID) of the end point.

You can remove unavailable end points using the Clear operation.

To clear gateway trunks:

  1. Go to the Gateway Trunks form. Network Elements

  2. From the list, select the end point with the warning icon next to its PLID.

  3. Click Clear.
